Creative & Operations Director
Starting from a foundation of professional photography & fine art, he joined Caldecott Productions International (CPI) in 1996, starting his career in video post-production. After being formally trained as an Avid Video Editor and having being involved in varied projects from corporates to broadcast, he pursued his direction further, working independently. He freelanced as an Avid Video Editor with other video production houses before starting a partnership-based video production house. The video production house ‘Blue Kite Ventures Pte Ltd’, produced educational videos for the Ministry of Education from 2000 to 2003.
From video post-production he moved into full turn-key video production projects (video production & post-production with FCP when he set-up Emeharkeh Consultancy & Production (EC&P). EC&P gave him the opportunity to expand and diversify further – from video camera work, sound recording, lighting, grip, building custom rigs for rigging cars… to producing, scriptwriting and directing from 2003 to 2007.
Having taken a year’s break to rethink and reorganise, together with a new business partner, he incorporated AWC Media (Apple Wind Chimes Pte Ltd – Media Division) in 2008. AWC Media’s focus, is on content creation and marketing for broadcast, corporate & events based projects. Besides video production & post-production, he’s picking up new web & internet-based tools to assist in steering the direction of AWC Media.
This new journey looks forward ahead with greater promise – having you either as AWC Media’s client or collaborative partner. And before the Creative & Operations Director forgets to introduce himself, his name is Mark T.
